I had an very nice stay at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok. The staff were super friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The hotel itself is stunning and brand new, featuring a cool modern vibe and a fantastic rooftop. However, there was a little delay in response when I requested ice during my stay.
